ver_nun_ftigНаписала по горячим следам отзыв на квартиру в Мадриде, снятую через http://www.spain-select.com. Квартира называется Calle Mayor IV (номер 930511 на http://www.homeaway.com). Но решила пока не отправлять, потому что у них еще лежит наш залог на 250 евро. Вдруг прочтут мою критику, обидятся и не вернут.
The apartment is located in the very center of Madrid, on Calle Mayor, just two steps from Plaza Mayor and 100 steps from Plaza del Sol. It is perfect point for walking investigation of Madrid. The apartment is very well designed. It is pleasant to look at it.
But it is not comfortable to live in it. One bed-room does not have a window, therefore it is not suitable for people who like to sleep with the fresh air. There are no cupboards and chairs in two bed-rooms, therefore we had to put our wear on our suitcases. The huge window in living-room looks very nice, but I do not quit understand how it can protect from the heat in summer time and from cold in winter time, because it is not isolated at all. It does not protect also from the street noise, which is very high during the day time due to exit from underground parking, located just next to the house corner and during the night time due to the night club GARY BALDI on the opposite site of the very narrow street, which is opened from 10 pm till 5 am. At 5 am all guests of the club go out and stand outside, continuing their conversation.
Although I have to admit that beds were very comfortable and there were no problems with water. Showers were working perfectly.
